This means your students will receive their results before the universities and colleges.
We’ll be collecting results from CIE and making them available to universities and colleges at the same time as the main AS and A level results, under strict embargo arrangements. Track and Adviser Track will not be updated during the embargo period. Details of when Track and Adviser Track will be available can be found on our Confirmation and Clearing key dates listing.
Your students will be able to sign in to Track on 17 August to see the outcomes of their conditional offers – if the universities or colleges have given us their final decision. It is important to remember universities and colleges will not receive results until after your applicants, so applicants must wait until Track becomes available. No pressure should be placed on universities and colleges, as they will be unable to confirm decisions before 17 August.
Once your students have their results, if they have been unsuccessful they can choose to contact universities and colleges to discuss Clearing vacancies. Clearing vacancies will be displayed in our search tool on ucas.com from Wednesday 5 July and will continually be updated.
If any of your students want to use the examining boards’ post-results service (priority two re-marks, for example), please inform universities and colleges directly to make them aware of this.
